Setup and operational notes
1. Use a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and follow the current Aqara Home instructions for the correct account region.
2. Keep the hub within reliable Zigbee range of child devices. Walls, floors, metal and radio interference reduce range.
3. Pair only child devices explicitly supported by this hub/region/firmware. Newer Zigbee 3.0, Thread or Matter devices are not automatically supported.
4. Local automations may continue while the hub remains powered even if internet/Wi-Fi service is interrupted, but remote notifications and cloud/app functions require their respective services.
5. Test alarms, automations and notifications after setup and periodically. Do not rely on the hub as a certified fire, security or life-safety alarm.
