วิธีการเตรียม
1. ชั่งผลิตภัณฑ์ 33.0 กรัม
2. เติมลงในน้ำกลั่น 1,000 มิลลิลิตร แล้วให้ความร้อนพร้อมคนจนผลิตภัณฑ์ละลาย
3. แบ่งบรรจุลงในขวดรูปชมพู่ (Erlenmeyer flask) ตามปริมาณที่ต้องการ
4. นำไปฆ่าเชื้อด้วยหม้อนึ่งฆ่าเชื้อ (Autoclave) ที่อุณหภูมิ 121°C เป็นเวลา 15 นาที
5. ปล่อยให้เย็นก่อนนำไปใช้งานตามขั้นตอนของห้องปฏิบัติการ
How to use:
Prepare the medium by dissolving 33.0 g of product in 1,000 mL of distilled water. Heat until completely dissolved, dispense into suitable flasks, and autoclave at 121°C for 15 minutes. Use the prepared medium for general bacterial culture, subculturing, rejuvenation, or enrichment according to the appropriate laboratory procedure.
ข้อควรระวัง (Precautions)
1. ผลิตภัณฑ์มีสารอาหารที่เหมาะต่อการเจริญของจุลินทรีย์ ควรเก็บอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อที่เตรียมแล้วไว้ที่อุณหภูมิ 4°C ตามคำแนะนำของผู้ผลิต
2. ปฏิบัติงานในตู้ปลอดเชื้อหรือพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานที่เหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกันการปนเปื้อนของแบคทีเรีย
3. เพื่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัย ควรสวมเสื้อกาวน์และถุงมือแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งหรือถุงมือยางขณะปฏิบัติงาน

เก็บผลิตภัณฑ์ในที่แห้งและพ้นจากแสง ปิดฝาภาชนะให้สนิททันทีหลังใช้งาน อายุการเก็บรักษา 3 ปี
